LEAD
We are seeking a MATURE WOMAN (30-45 years) to take on the PRINCIPAL ROLE in “ENTROPY”.
Overview: “ENTROPY” (working title) is an independently-funded short film written and directed by Matthew Segal, to be shot in studio and on location in Ontario at the end of March, 2018. Exact dates TBD. This is a non-union role with a negotiable rate. “ENTROPY” is a production of Macrocosm Inc., in association with Replay Entertainment & Production Services Inc. Some physical requirements include climbing a 10-step ladder, tobogganing, snow-shoeing, and interacting with animals (mainly dogs). Stunt performers / stand-ins will be used where appropriate.
Profile: AMAIA is a clever and resourceful zoologist with a love for animals and a tendency to hoard books, scientific journals, and articles. In casual times, she is easily and happily distracted but, under pressure, she becomes focused and driven. The pressure she is about to face is unlike any other.
